Business Links to post in Services, Biz Forum

hi moderator(s),
Recently i posted a topic on Jap movie titles, but the next day i was surprised to see it missing. I just want to know whether it is not appropriate to post or do i have to follow any other rules if i had to post such topics in future. Please enlighten me.

It was moved to "Services, Biz & Useful Web Links" folder - which is more appropriate for such content.
